1. Who we are and what this policy covers
1.1 This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the standards that apply when you use www.o2agri.com (“our site”), operated by O2 Agri Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company number 13639197, registered office Greenacres, Moreton Wood, Market Drayton, Shropshire TF9 3RX).

2. Prohibited uses
2.1 You may use our site only for lawful purposes. You may not use our site: – in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation; – in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect; – for the purpose of harming or attempting to harm minors in any way; – to send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or re-use any material which does not comply with our content standards in section 3; – to transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam); – to knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, trojans, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware.
2.2 You also agree: – not to reproduce, duplicate, copy or re-sell any part of our site in contravention of our Terms of Website Use; – not to access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt any part of our site, any equipment or network on which our site is stored, any software used in the provision of our site, or any equipment, network or software owned or used by any third party.
3. Content standards
3.1 These content standards apply to any material which you contribute to our site (a “contribution”), for example via a contact form or any interactive feature.
3.2 A contribution must be accurate (where it states facts), genuinely held (where it states opinions), and comply with the law of the United Kingdom and of any country from which it is posted.
3.3 A contribution must not: – be defamatory of any person, or obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory; – promote violence, or promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; – infringe any copyright, database right or trade mark of any other person; – be likely to deceive any person, or breach any legal duty owed to a third party (such as a duty of confidence); – promote any illegal activity, or be threatening, abusive or invasive of another’s privacy; – give the impression that the contribution emanates from us, if this is not the case.
4. Breach of this policy
4.1 Where we consider that a breach of this policy has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate, including: – immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our site; – immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any contribution; – issue of a warning to you; – legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis resulting from the breach; – further legal action against you; – disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary or as required by law.
4.2 We exclude our liability for all action we may take in response to breaches of this policy. The actions we may take are not limited to those described above, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.

5.1 We may revise this policy at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we make, as they are legally binding on you.
6. Governing law
6.1 This policy, its subject matter and its formation are governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction (subject to the consumer carve-out in our Terms of Website Use).
